FRIEDRICHSHAFEN, GERMANY – The Supervisory Board of Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG unanimously agreed in its meeting of 31 January 2017 to extend the contract of board member Marcus A. Wassenberg. His appointment to the board was therefore prolonged as of 1 January 2017 until 31 December 2019. Mr Wassenberg first joined the company in January 2015 as CFO.

“In this period of re-alignment and transformation, mutual agreement of Mr Wassenberg’s contract extension clearly signals the continuity and stability of our business,” said Axel Arendt, Chairman of the Supervisory Board. “The Supervisory Board as a whole is confident that Mr Wassenberg will continue his valuable work to the benefit of the company in the years ahead.”
