CEO Andreas Schell has recorded a podcast with consulting firm Heidrick & Struggles. Heidrick & Struggles regularly talks to leaders from around the world about transformation, diversity and inclusion and organisation.

Andreas Schell talks to Dr Roman Wecker about EMPOWER 2030, the fundamental transformation our industry will undergo in the coming years, and leadership skills needed to drive change in the company. He addresses the culture in the company using the example of teamwork, entrepreneurial spirit and feedback. Andreas Schell also explains the significance of climate change for his work
and how he is positioning Power Systems for a sustainable future.
