Dual course of study

If you hold a general or specialized university-qualifying diploma, you are now faced with a decision: Should you obtain more theoretical knowledge at a university or enter a training program to see what it’s like to put your skills into practice? With a dual Bachelor course of study at our company, you don’t have to decide on just one of these paths. Get a good start on your studies and on the job at the same time!

Switching regularly between the university and the company allows you to put the material you learn directly into practice. You will also have the option of completing a three-month internship at one of our international locations. And of course, during all phases of the training, you will receive very attractive compensation.

(We pay our first-year trainees the standard rate of compensation paid to second-year trainees.)  

Application process

Step 1 - Pupil internship

Find out about our various apprenticeships during a pupil internship and gain an initial insight into the training and our company.

Step 2 - Online application

You can easily apply to us via our online portal. We require your cover letter, CV and your last three references. Additional certificates are welcome (if you wish).

Step 3 - Aptitude test

After reviewing your application documents and depending on the job profile, we will invite you to take part in our aptitude test.

Step 4 - Interview

Convince us of your personality and motivation in a personal interview.

Step 5 - Acceptance and contract signing

After successful selection, you will receive your acceptance and apprenticeship contract.

Dual Course of Study Opportunities

Degree course in mechanical engineering leading to Bachelor of Engineering*

Are you fascinated by physics and mechanics? Then a dual study course in mechanical engineering is exactly right for you. Alternating theory and practice in three and six-month phases, you will acquire key knowledge of the development, design and production of machinery.

We offer you a choice of the following fields:

  • Engineering and Design (TMK)

Elements of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and computer science are combined to develop and to operate complex mechatronic systems.
