SAP Business Network (Ariba) is the world’s largest trading network. Not only RRPS, but also your company will benefit from the digitized supply chain.

Where can I sign up if I am already a supplier and have an Ariba account?
Please click on the link you received in the e-mail to participate in the call for entries. You can then log in with your existing access data.
How do I respond to a request in Ariba?
Please read through the instructions for responding to requests first. If you still have questions or problems answering the request, you can contact SAP support or the responsible purchaser.
How do I use SAP Ariba?
Ariba is web-based, which means that all you need is an Internet connection and an Internet browser. Learn how to edit and submit an RFx in Ariba here:
Is there a charge for using SAP Ariba?
The functions for answering inquiries are free of charge.
There are two options available for using Ariba Network:
- Standard account (free of charge)-
- Enterprise account (fee required)"

Which processes are affected?
- Electronic receipt of orders/delivery schedules via the web or EDI
- Order confirmation of orders/delivery schedules (delivery plans)
- Creation of transport notifications
- Electronic transmission of your transport notifications to our main carriers
- Printing of delivery notes and labels
- Real-time transmission
Interested in Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration?
- Contact your responsible buyer/planner
- RRPS will register your interest with SAP and send you a project notification with the most important information. If you already have an account on the Ariba network, please log in with your existing user data and accept the RRPS Trading Relationship Request (TRR)
- The SAP onboarding specialists will now contact you by phone and provide you with support.
- Standard Account / Enterprise Account
With the Enterprise Account in the Ariba Network, our suppliers can use the supply chain collaboration functionality directly and easily. In a business relationship with RRPS, our suppliers always have an Enterprise Account. If you use multiple customers in the Ariba Network, you can either upgrade your Standard Account or separate the business relationship with RRPS (second ANID = Ariba Network ID). With the Enterprise Account, you can process your orders and call-offs, as well as use order confirmations and delivery notifications. In addition, you can use the automatic shipping process to create labels and delivery notes.
- Data security
Data storage in the Ariba cloud system is based on the duration of the legal retention obligation.
- Technical Support
Suppliers with an enterprise account receive telephone support directly from SAP Ariba. Please refer to the TRR, which you have accepted.User Profiles in Ariba SCC Suppliers with an enterprise account can create various authorizations in the Ariba network and activate multiple employees. Creating profiles is useful because you can assign roles to individual employees. This ensures that, for example, different user groups are assigned the appropriate authorizations. JAGGAER Portal
In JAGGAER Portal you can maintain your master data (address), manage quality and environmental certificates and update your supplier profile.
