Over the past five years, the prestigious Top-Employers-Institute has confirmed the company’s position as a ‘Top Employer’ in Germany no less than five times. In addition, the award of the seal of approval ‘Top Employer for Engineers’ marks the fourth time the company has received this particular honor. The research institute identifies employers who lead the world in creating outstanding conditions for their employees and ensuring that they are able to achieve continuous development.

The Top-Employers-Institute assessed the quality of HR management in each company in nine areas. These included talent strategy, personnel planning, integration of new employees, training and development, performance management, manager development, career and staff continuity planning, remuneration and additional benefits and corporate culture. Rolls-Royce Power Systems maintained its leading position in the training and development category, offering a wide range of opportunities from internships and international exchange and mentoring schemes to coaching programs.
