mtu exhibits drive systems for military vehicles at the Eurosatory

MTU Friedrichshafen is exhibiting its engines and drive systems for light, medium weight and heavy military vehicles at the military technology trade fair Eurosatory from 11 to 15 June 2012 in Paris.

With an output of 150 kW (204 hp) and, because of its low weight, the type 6R 106 TD20 engine from mtu is ideally suited for the Husky mine detection and clearance vehicle. MTU Friedrichshafen is exhibiting its engines and drive systems for light, medium weight and heavy military vehicles at the military technology trade fair Eurosatory from 11 to 15 June 2012 in Paris. The Tognum subsidiary has its stand F 570 in hall 6. The 6R 106, 6R 199 and 8V 199 engines are being exhibited. Furthermore, mtu is demonstrating the Powerpack for the German infantry fighting vehicle Puma and a model of the EuroPowerPack for heavy armored vehicles.
