In 2014 the company received distinctions in the categories “Work and Family” and “Top Employers”, and also gained a “Corporate Health Award”.

Rolls-Royce Power Systems and its largest subsidiary MTU Friedrichshafen have once again been confirmed as a family-friendly corporation. The company was awarded the “Work and Family” certificate for a third time in June 2014. “We're responding to the shift in priorities and the call for a new perspective on working life”, says Jörg Schwitalla, Member of the Executive Board responsible for HR, Integrity and Operations at Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG. Corporate Health Award


Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG has once again been honored with the Seal of Excellence of the Corporate Health Award in 2014. As a result, the company has extended the certificate which it has held since 2012 as a company with exemplary health management. Rolls-Royce Power Systems pursues a sustainable health strategy which is firmly integrated in the company's mission statement. The concept comprises work/life balance, sport and exercise, preventative training in the workplace, healthy nutrition, medicine and prevention as well as health & safety and the company medical service. The “MiniTu” child daycare center opened by the company in Friedrichshafen in 2013 as well as the company's own “aktiv werk” health studio were also included in the assessment.
