Rolls-Royce Solutions America is an active corporate sponsor of numerous charitable organizations through our Matching Gift Program. In addition, diverse activities provide employees a hands-on approach to community involvement.
Our employees volunteer for periodic pancake breakfasts to benefit the identified organizations. At Rolls-Royce Solutions America, we also hold food drives to benefit the homeless and toy drives to benefit children during the holidays. We also hold community service events that allow employees a paid working day to participate in community service projects.
