Reference project: Polat Enerji
mtu EnergyPack QG supports renewable energy integration at Polat Enerji's Göktepe Wind Power Plant near Yalova, Türkiye. With 110 MW output and 133 MWh capacity, the system stores surplus electricity generated during periods of high wind and supplies it to the grid when wind generation is lower, helping prevent grid congestion and strengthen grid stability.
The project also demonstrates an integrated approach to large-scale energy storage, combining turnkey delivery, intelligent energy management and an ECA-backed financing solution arranged by BayernLB with Euler Hermes coverage.
