Early-stage development of battery energy storage systems (BESS) including feasibility studies, load profile and battery degradation analysis, component sizing, system architecture and regulatory compliance. Includes cost analysis and financing support for grid-scale energy storage projects.
Comprehensive planning services covering site layout, infrastructure and system architecture. This phase also covers electrical, safety and risk engineering (including fire, noize, HAZOP/HAZID) as well as regulatory compliance, permitting, component specification and grid integration.
Full-scope procurement and logistics management for turnkey energy storage solutions, covering contractor coordination, EPC oversight, on-site supervision and adherence to health, safety and environmental (HSE) standards and regulatory requirements.
Execution of all construction and installation activities including site preparation, infrastructure development, perimeter security and BESS deployment. Includes grid connection, system commissioning, testing, training and project handover.
